Mental Health Experts: Client Therapist vs. Court Forensic Expert

The main purpose of this paper is to prove that the dual roles of mental health experts, client therapists and forensic experts in court proceedings are incompatible. We also focus on the issue of confirming incompatibility of these roles and analyze the research supporting the past arguments. Specifically, this article explains key points to explain incompatibilities, such as attitudes towards goals, customers, customers. This document further states that mental health experts should avoid the dual role of not meeting ethical standards.

Therefore, we surveyed more than 500 men and women and the results were shocking. In the survey, respondents can choose as many answers as possible about their situation. I asked questions such as "Do past pain and trauma affect depression? Are emotional or human relationship issues part of depression?"
