The main purpose of this paper is to prove that the dual roles of mental health experts, client therapists and forensic experts in court proceedings are incompatible. We also focus on the issue of confirming incompatibility of these roles and analyze the research supporting the past arguments. Specifically, this article explains key points to explain incompatibilities, such as attitudes towards goals, customers, customers.
