Melanin melanin plays an important role in human evolution. In this article, I discuss the importance of the role of melanin in human biological systems and how it relates to the proper selection of human life based on geography and environment. Human pigmentation is affected by intravascular hemoglobin, carotene and melanin in the skin. Melanin is the basis for pigmentation and can exist in the form of eumelanin and brown melanin. Melanin is brown melanin in the skin, hair, eyes.

Melanin is a series of dark quality substances found in various organisms. They are chemically closely related to dopamine and there is melanin called dopamine-melanin that can be synthesized by tyrosinase oxidation of dopamine. Melanin that makes the human skin darker is not this type: it is synthesized without using dopamine using L-dopa as a precursor. However, there is ample evidence that at least some of the neuromedin that darkens the substantia nigra of the brain is dopamine-melanin.

The pigment melanin produced by melanocytes is primarily responsible for skin color. Melanin has different shades of brown and black. People with dark skin color have dark skin and abundant melanin, while those with fair skin have bright skin and less melanin. When exposed to ultraviolet light, melanocytes are stimulated and more melanin is produced and secreted. As cells enter the spinous layer, they begin synthesizing keratin and extend the cellular process and desmosomes connect the cells. As the basal layer continues to produce new cells, the spinous keratinocytes are pushed into the granular layer. The cells become flatter, the cell membrane becomes thicker, and they produce large amounts of protein keratin and keratin hyaline. When the cell dies, the nucleus and other organelle cells disintegrate, leaving keratin, keratin and cell membranes forming the stratum corneum and stratum corneum.
