Lisa Grossbauer, a lecturer in mathematics, has a bachelor's degree in mathematics and a master's degree in Applied Statistics from Villanova University. After 15 years as an aerospace software engineer at Lockheed Martin, she entered higher education and graduated with a bachelor's degree in secondary schooling at Ursinus University. She got a bachelor's degree in mathematics at Ursinus College and then entered mathematics department the next semester.

She is interested in mathematics and statistical education, especially the importance of educating young educators to build a real world connection of mathematics. Lisa Grossbauer spent a lot of time teaching his teaching methods and their success which the students succeeded in helping them discover and enjoy mathematics. She is a member of the NCTM, ATMOPAV and PASTA expert association. She is participating in the TANGO Stat Ed NSF Statistics Education Fund at Villanova University in Pennsylvania. And California Canyon College. She is a reader of AP statistical tests through educational testing services.

She is the mother of four children, and her older child needs a young son, especially a young adult. She was invited from Pennsylvania University Childrens Hospital to become part of her family partner organization where she talked to medical schools, stroke clinics and new recruits and offered hospital policies to parents.
