Sava and Danica Andjelkovic were founded by Vojislav Andjelkovic '94 in commemoration of their parents Sava and Danica Andjelkovic. As an international student from Belgrade, Voja has a bachelor's degree in economics and continues to work for investment banking. Sava and Danica Andjelkovic donation provides annual funding to campus graduates, existing students and graduates' parents, and other people involved in the university to inform existing students about their career.

Danica is a 32-year-old stepmother, a journalist, and residents of lifetime Manassas. Between 2006 and 2015 he served as the chief reporter for the Gainsville Times and most recently served as a news editor of Montgomery County sentinel from 2015 to 2016. If elected, Danica will be the first transgender to participate in the US Legislative Assembly. Kelly Fowler is a candidate for the Virginia Democratic Party in the 21st Ward containing Virginia Beach and a part of Chesapeake. She is a real estate agent led by a women's team specializing in the relocation of military families and a former public school teacher. She is a lifetime resident of Virginia Beach and currently lives with her husband and two daughters.

On Tuesday Virginia elected the first publicly transgendered state legislators to vote for Democratic Danny Carom to enter the state legislature. She canceled a Republican, Francisco del Bob Marshall who introduced a "bathroom law" to ban the transgender students from using their own bathroom. Yvonne Spicer was elected the first mayor of Framingham, Massachusetts. Residents of Framingham recently decided to abandon their status as "the largest city in the US", becoming a city.
