In this study we analyze Ghana's meal by comparing households or national economics, food availability, and dietary nutrition to the Mediterranean diet. Ghana consists of ten regions, all regions have different cultures and cultures, and there are also several common dishes in these areas. This study explains three reasons why Mediterranean food is better than Ghana food.
