Mediterranean Diet vs Ghanaian Diet

The Mediterranean diet was the world's healthiest diet for the past few years. Doctors and nutritionists recommend Mediterranean cuisine to patients. This recognition and attitude leads to devaluation of food in other areas, and even if not more, further investigation is as healthy as that of a Mediterranean meal. One example is my regional food - Ghana food. Therefore, in this article my aim is to prove that my regional diet is as nutritious and more economical as Greek Mediterranean food.

It is Mediterranean meal what we actually know. Mediterranean cuisine, of course Mediterranean cuisine is a low fat food such as red meat and low bread, but never margarine or fake fat. One of the terrible things the federal government did was to stop eating healthy butter and tell people to start eating unhealthy margarine. This is a terrible thing what the federal government is doing - margarine is really bad for you compared to butter in particular.

The whole "Mediterranean" meal is a myth. In contrast to the use of fish and oil, this type of meal is beneficial compared to traditional SAD (American standard meal) with high levels of animal protein and fat. Coconut oil benefits especially from numerous advertisements, but coconut is one of the few vegetable foods containing saturated fats. All animal products contain animal proteins and have proved to be harmful to health. It can be organic, open-minded, grown in grass or anything else. Of course, these types of products may be slightly better than similar products produced on their farms, but they are still not "healthy". It goes without saying about the negative impact on the environment and the global food security.
