Some people are really fascinated by these motion-oriented meditation, but others prefer silent and more introspective meditation. We recommend you try various types of meditation to find the best meditation for yourself. I meditated for many years because I can not find a way to solve all the noise around me. The car drives, the refrigerator sounds, the watch rings, the neighbor's dog begins to cry, and it will continue. These are excuses. One of my best meditation classes is held at a busy bus stop. You can see that concentrating on the sound is one of the easiest ways to "sneak in" in meditation.
