Media’s Power On Urban Movements

"(Scott-Helen). This poem came from 1970. Even now 43 years have passed, it is related to the fact that the past and present media are opposed to what they think is a threat.

We are about to enter a new era of American politics. New black liberation campaigns are on the rise and urban turmoil associated with civil rights movement and black power movement is now returning to the center of the United States. Protests by Black Lives Matter are commonly done in daily news cycles. Sometimes these protests may become violent like Ferguson, Baltimore and now Milwaukee. Many Americans are now raising questions about this new social phenomenon. I have a question about why these riots are occurring repeatedly. So is the United States causing such violence in the heart of our city?

Third, we can investigate how the location is related to the community beyond the community range, such as analyzing regional and global relationships. Finally, we can think about political economy, ie research on production, law and distribution, how important it is to city infrastructure and the result of this interdependence.
