Medea:Looking For Revenge

The play of Greek playwright Euripides 'Revenge Medea' is exploring the difference between Greek and barbarians through the role of Medea. In ancient Greece, men had the right to retaliate against others to betray or hurt him. The person who caused the pain had to retaliate from others. In the play "Medea", Medea killed Kryon 's daughter and her own children with Jason' s traitorous betrayal against her Glauce. Because of the treachery of Greek society and Jason, Medea felt that she needed revenge to alleviate the pain caused by Jason. As the book says, the reason for Medea's sorrow is Jason.

Medea is a savage girl who sacrificed everything for Jason. After her husband Jason left her to gain power and fame by marrying King Kryon's daughter, Medea asked for revenge. So Medea was angry and asked for revenge for him as she killed her father and brother for Jason 's love. Her hatred for Jason became very intense, so she will spare no efforts to hurt him. Medea and Jason had two children, but Jason married the daughter of King Corinth who left Mediana and her child away from his personal ambition.
