Measurement of the safety and fear of the victim against the university campus This research is trying to evaluate the fear of crime on campus, mainly New Mexico University and other campuses throughout the country. I tried to explain the fear of crime from the student's point of view. This research will strengthen research on fear and crime problems and themes of the university campus. This survey measures the level of perceived risk taking into account various variables such as demographics, daily experience, and previous experience of the victim.
On the campus of the university it is a big problem to be affected by crime. In some of the events that have received a lot of attention recently, campus safety issues are at the forefront of media attention. For example, more than 70 students and teachers died due to the recent shootings at the Virginia Tech and State University in 2007 and the Northern Illinois University in 2008. Although college campuses are generally thought to be safe and relatively non-criminal, college students have reported that they are afraid of committing crimes (Fisher et al., 1995). Previous literatures have focused on a number of factors related to fear (such as collective effectiveness and neighboring barriers), but some of the existing literature focuses on sexual relations between crime victims and fears It is guessing. To better understand the impact of previous damage on college students' fears, several studies investigated the effects of personal and property crime (Dull and Wint, 1997).
On the university campus security is a big problem and other procedures are necessary to prevent criminal cases. People are hurried to the unknown when entering the university campus as a young adult. Unknown people may go to college parties and late night study groups. The university should take better security measures to protect students like high school and elementary school. However, more than 15% of the workers engaged in these occupations today have college degrees and 25% have retail workers. This proves how hard it is to find a job in my research field. The employment market is getting more competitive than ever. In addition, the entry level position available for college graduates is not good. College graduates may be able to find work in the areas they desire. But it can not pay invoice
