Such a company exists, McDougal Littel, so I talked with Fred McDougal over and over. Every time I say that I do not want to sell, this company is his life and people are like family. What we wanted was what he wanted, the name McDougal Littell was worth it, and I told the same to everyone who made it successful. He understands that we have reached an agreement; persistence has brought benefits to both of us.
