Even though they sell the same kind of products, their visas and mission statements are very different from each other. I will explain the two basic vision and basic value of the mission statement. I will explain why I believe that organizations with comprehensive mission statements tend to work well and how mission and vision descriptions can help select industry-specific strategies.
