I was 30 years old last December, but I do not think that I know how to practice my career. I have a degree in marketing and I am currently using it as content creator and email marketer. I create a promotion, manage some blogs, and then draft e-mails. I like the work I am doing, but I am not keen on it. A tough schedule, job interaction, excitement of the office's birthday cake, and what to eat for lunch made me bored. I am longing for freedom, but I am afraid to get it.
So I decided to set some goals for 2018. I would like to focus on trying new things and honeing skills I do not know.
I have been following many female business companies in Instagram, I have read a lot of blogs written by women, and I was listening to a number of women's authorized podcasts. Through all these, I found several stories about women pursuing passion and creating a career from hobbies. This is my inspiration for creating a list of goals.
On a work day, I heard an interview with the Britt of Swell Press Paper. Among them, she talked about how to make a mission to try new things every month. This led to attend classes when she writes letters, now more than a year, this is her full-time job!
A few days later, while reading Sunwoven 's blog, I met an article that Irene started knitting business. She saw the online tutorial and decided to try it. Now she runs a successful weaving company and hires a female team and sells it to stores like West Elm.
I feel the inspiration and power of these women, they try new things and see what happens. I began this blog, started planning Instagram (@ashleyhosmer), and completed the first crocheted project, a shell blanket.
I write this article as a reference for motivation. I am tired and happy, but I need to push myself to do more things, I think these words can do this.
I have to set goals for future projects and keep my motivation and excitement in the processes that I still love - even if the climate has a reason to dislike it. I have to show my destiny, without the false safety of external forces, I can only collide to use you - I abandon you without respecting withdrawal.
I will set goals by understanding the goals I want to achieve and evaluating the ability to achieve the goals. I set concrete, achievable, relevant, timed targets. I think that it will motivate me to make my goals a reality, what is the ideal future. I am familiar with micro targets for a short period (eg May), and I plan and build every hour to accomplish these goals. It is very important to set goals Some aspects of life can be replaced with fair certainty - results are directly influenced by the ability to achieve your goals. Let's think about it. When was the last goal set? Are there clear parameters to evaluate to what extent these goals have been achieved? In addition, how do you set your goals: in a random or explicit structure? Furthermore, as you work hard to achieve this goal every day, your life will be more meaningful.
Motivation is another important advantage of setting your future goals. If you decide to achieve a specific goal in your life, it motivates you to move in the right direction. Setting a goal is like building a foundation for your dream. The goal is excitement and motivation to your monotonous life, making the journey worthwhile and encouraging.
Goal setting is a general incentive method. The goal can be defined as the future state the organization is striving to achieve. The organization's goal is to provide guidance and guidance, improve programs, motivate employees, and help manage and evaluate performance. In addition, by setting performance goals, it is defined as a process that motivates employees and clarifies role recognition. (McShane, SL, & Von Glinow, MA, 2010) You can improve employee's performance in two ways. 1) Increase concentration and sustainability of efforts, 2) Provide employees with clear role consciousness, if performance can be raised, performance will improve. (McShane, S. L., & Von Glinow, M.A., 2010) This goal requires some specific function, 'SMART'.
