Maturity: Being Considerate

Maturity: Considering according to Webster's dictionary, maturity should be considered whether to be cautioned. Depending on what you emphasize, there are different maturity levels. Mature, intellectual, caring for your personal happiness. The level of human intellectual maturity indicates that they have the ability to handle the specific tasks placed before them. People who are considerate of others show signs of social maturity. The ability to talk to others is necessary to function as part of this society.

To be honest, it is difficult to tell if the company is mature, so I disagree with this consideration. Alibaba and Tencent matured five years ago? Are they mature enough in 2010? Did they finally mature in 2014? No one can tell it. What really matters is not whether it is mature or not, but the future possibilities of the company. In addition, a premature company may gradually be lagging behind a mature company. For example, mature companies such as Alibaba and Baidu ended up surpassing HC and Zhongsou which are ultimate competitors in the end. The Internet age is dominated by the principle that "winners take everything". Mature Internet companies in certain fields tend to work hard to develop new products and services, but mature companies are waiting for acquisitions with a small share of the market from mature companies. I do not think there are any computer engineers who are willing to work in these companies.

Age is a very relative topic. It is just a number, but it is interpreted as a measure of maturity. Just as maturation is not age, age is not mature. Even after this distinction, "mature" is not merely a term, it has the ability to take something more mature than other things. Do not be arrogant, please look at me. When I was in elementary school 4th grade, I lost my mother who was a victim of intractable disease. Before this, my parents were divorced for 2 to 3 years. Between 1 and 2 months, I lived with my father, and my father was on average physically or emotionally on a daily basis. No doubt, I learned how to be alone and how to take care of myself and myself best. Now some people can say that this has matured me more than my years ... I have heard it long ago. However, it is difficult for me to deal with myself "mature" in relationships.
