Richard Rusczyk is the founder of Problem Solving Art (AoPS), an online learning community that supports mathematicians in mathematics curriculum. In the early 1990s, Richard established AoPS as a book series; it has grown into an online community of 300,000 members providing courses, video lessons and adaptive learning systems. AoPS is a preferred trainer for the US Mathematical Olympics. I recently had the opportunity to speak to Richard about AoPS, how it works, and about working hard to extend to new children.
