Material and Ideational Relations Between Humanity and Its Environment

The concept of ongoing material and conceptual relations between humans and the environment requires a subtle approach to avoid generalization. I think that we can not prove the importance of the concept unless we make dangerous assumptions. While some scholars may think that human religion and ethical world view form the environment, there is strong evidence to support the view of ergonomics and the environment that affect religion and moral system.

It is helpful to distinguish between the two main beliefs associated with various aspects of the environment. These are related to the contents of my recent Olin lecture, which I marked as a concept of materials and materials of a certain culture. The latter relates to understanding the world around us and the human beings in it. There is considerable intercultural evidence that material beliefs are more flexible than the beliefs of the universe. 15 Material beliefs can change rapidly as the physical environment changes. In Plato's words, "people should live", there is a big delay in cosmological beliefs. Furthermore, according to cross-cultural evidence, it is not the environment but the language group that affects these views of the world.

The existence of humans is inseparable from nature. There is a direct or indirect interaction between people and the environment. Human activities are mainly related to their common needs and further specific concrete life requirements. Because most of the materials they need can be found on the planet in various ways, wealth goes into their hands, which is why the interaction between the two is inescapable. It is clear that the ecosystem has a causal effect. In general, humans intentionally or intentionally use nature and their environment intentionally or maliciously as creatures with needs and desires. Unfortunately, however, there are some signs that humans are greedy overcrowding them. The desire to meet demand can in some ways have the opposite effect.
