Mastering Teacher Leadership

Located in the heart of Ohio, Wittenberg University offers a historic professional education program for the K - 12 course and other undergraduate courses.

As a former high school science teacher, Robyn Sweet is an environmental science educator who uses field research to publicize his research in general. Sweet was elected as a TREC teacher of Poles in 2007 as a masters course teacher of the Marine Science Leadership Institute. So, she cooperated with researchers to study the ecosystem of the Bering Sea for 5 weeks. Physically chemist Kathleen Taylor, in collaboration with a colleague at General Motors, invented a catalytic converter that converts nitrogen monoxide to nitrogen. This improved catalytic converter was introduced in 1975 to help reduce smoke emissions. She oversees General Motors Materials and Process Institute and Physical Chemistry department. In 1988, Dr. Taylor received a Gervan medal from the American Chemistry Association sponsored by Olynn.

Every day, my work is embedded in all the teachers and students' schools. Regardless of whether I am doing onsite test with a teacher, participating in a leadership team meeting to analyze the results, or co-led the professional development meeting, this work is still a matter of course It is in. Soon, the eight schools in our school district began to surpass other better schools. For example, within two years, Pecan Grove Primary has been changed from a school labeled "D" to "B".

Teacher's leadership has a special meaning to me as a teacher who left the classroom for two years (I spent a year on master's degree and management of another long-term learning course).
