David J. Ulbrich was appointed as Project Director and Associate Professor of History of History and Military History Program in August 2017. From 2007 to 2017 he served as a part-time lecturer, course developer and top consultant at Norwich University. Current capacity of Norwich Ulbrich also taught at Bower State University, Ohio University, and Rogers State University. Dr. Ulbrich received his doctorate from Temple University in 2007, where he studied at Gregory Urwin and later Russell Weigley. Ulbrich is an award-winning writer, lecturer, and consultant. Ulbrich's first book, Preparation for Victory: Thomas Holcomb and Marine Corps Production, 1936-1943 (Naval College Press, 2011) received the 2012 Wallace Greens award from Marine Corps Heritage Foundation.
