Mass media created an unrealistic body image that affects people's perception. When people see television commercials, watch street advertisements, or simply watch movies on television shows, they will see how the body of the mass media "hero" is formed. Women are very sexy, male bodybuilding, and a reasonable structure. Therefore, I think that people are willing to resemble these perfect body images. Superman, Spider-Man, Batman, James Bond, top model, everyone seems to be very real and perfect at the same time, but many people think that these characters represent the perfect body image of society. Furthermore, as the mass media and today's society are closely related, people are doing everything to create images of these bodies in their bodies.

Negative body images usually contain a difference between what someone thinks they should see and how they actually look. People are affected by family, friends, associates, mass media.
