As a motivated fan, I was fascinated by Maslow's theory and started criticizing myself based on the pyramid. When I looked into my life, I noticed that society made it difficult for people to achieve self-fulfilling goals. Self-actualization is part of our life everyone pursues, but many of us do not learn it.

Most Americans have physiological needs, but they often overlook a sufficient break time. If you do not fulfill the needs of the bottom of the pyramid, life will be tense and exhausted. When there is no physical need, it is difficult to move the Maslow pyramid up.

Regardless of risk tolerance, people are enthusiastic about obtaining protection and security in their lives. It depends on people, but Maslow wants all of us to get rid of fear. Elements such as economic needs, personal health, overall safety are important to achieve the second stage.

After safety, the feelings of love create a powerful intermediate element of the pyramid. Even independent individuals are eager to have the sense of love and the sense they belong to. Regardless of family, friends, relationships, or all of the above, these will make a big difference for individuals.

Although human pursues individual goals in life, the necessity of realization is rooted in all of us. Without confidence, self-love, meaning, it is difficult to reach our desires. This part of the pyramid depends on the steps below it. This is very important for the top of the pyramid.

I think that this last step is the summit of Mount Everest. Everyone wants to overcome the pace of life and ultimately bring out their full potential. Without the next four steps, self-realization can not be achieved and possibility can not be achieved.

~ Each part of the Maslow pyramid depends on the following parts which are closely related. Examining yourself through this pyramid and keeping alive could revolutionize your life. Start applying your life to this theory and restrict yourself. I hope that all of us can achieve self-fulfillment.

Maslow 's needs hierarchy shows that people meet pyramid - level requirements bottom - up. Beginning with a simple physiological life, Maslow's level of needs covers social circles and pursues your talent through self-realization. The importance of the hierarchy of needs is that Maslow is thinking that low need not being met by a ladder can hinder people from climbing to the next step if the needs are low. When Maslow's requirement hierarchy is applied to the work environment, it means that the manager is initially responsible for confirming that the defect needs are met. In a broad sense, this means a safe environment and appropriate wage. Secondly, it means that employees create a suitable atmosphere to demonstrate their full potential. Failure to do so may theoretically increase employee frustration, leading to lower performance, lower job satisfaction, and withdrawal from the organization.

Abraham Maslow is a humanist psychologist and founder of Maslow's needs hierarchy. This theory is based on the belief that people have to meet basic needs to survive in the world. This world includes the need to meet physical and psychological needs. - In our daily life, we need motivation to improve performance in the workplace and school. Motivation is an essential force that depends on the need to drive people to achieve. In other words, motivation is the result of expectation for the future and satisfaction is the result of past events (Carr, 2005). We need to reward ourselves when we do it correctly or achieve the goal.

Request level of Maslow: Human behavior is goal oriented. Motivation leads to goal-oriented behavior. Through incentives, requests can be handled and processed in targeted ways. According to Maslow 's hierarchy, requirements can be divided into five types / levels from low demand to high demand. Individuals must meet lower order demand before approaching higher levels. Demand satisfaction is no longer motivated. Encouraging people depends on knowing the person's level in the hierarchy. McGregor's theory X and theory Y: (a). Theory X assumes that workers do not have ambition; they do not like jobs, avoid responsibility, and require in-depth supervision. People do not want to work and try to avoid it. Therefore, administrators need to make people able to do their work and threaten it. People tend to receive instructions and resist changes. People are not cleverly cheated
