The Masdar Initiative is a city adjacent to Abu Dhabi and is a design concept for sustainable living in renewable resources of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). In a city surrounded by walls, cars are not permitted but are designed as microchip connection networks. In other words, no one can exceed 200 meters in the basic facility. It is strategically located near Abu Dhabi's main transportation, Personalized Rapid Transit (PRT) network. Masdar connects to the surrounding community, Abu Dhabi city center, international airport via existing road network and new railway and public transport route.
Have you heard about Masdar City, the most sustainable ecological city in the world? With the support of the Abu Dhabi government, it is also known as the world's most advanced high technology research institute.
