When something leads to disharmony and dramatic change, these are the moments when we examine our beliefs and try to elucidate our hierarchy. We tend to blame the world and others by our uneasiness feelings and disharmony, but this is just a projection of what is happening inside us. In many cases, these feelings are related to things that can be painful or hard to see, so it is easier to blame our discomfort against the outside. For example, when I was talking loudly a few years ago, or when someone was playing loudly, I noticed that I became extremely angry and uncomfortable. I always condemn those who are causing noise by my discomfort and call them unintelligible, rude and selfish. These beliefs will cause me much disharmony, sometimes it will make people feel very angry.

TCM diagnosis is aimed at tracking symptoms and patterns of potential discord by measuring the pulse, examining the tongue, skin, eyes and observing people's diet and sleeping habits. There is no evidence that the Shang nobility uses herbs.

People believe that every aspect of the world is alive, including animals, plants, rocks, and the wind (Wyldkat). Shamanism believes that discorded organisms are more susceptible to disease. This discrepancy can result from any conflict arising from individuals and the universe, between individuals and communities, or from the indignation of others (treatment of the time of dreams of Sherman - a natural way of transforming medicine). The key element of healing is a natural healer who moves to reality which is not trivial as the state of consciousness changes (Shaman Foundation, 1997). As Eliad wrote, as a promoter for the soul to work, "When a person works compassionately to alleviate the suffering of others, the spirit of help is of interest and involvement Well, "(Arden, 1951). Shamanism believes that physical symptoms are a set of negative emotions, so they believe that the key to healing is to turn disease energy into healthy energy.
