An excerpt from the Declaration of Independence stated as follows. "In the process of human affairs, one needs to break down the political band that ties them to others and take responsibility among the power of the earth. We are obvious these truths, I believe that the creator is given certain nontransferable rights, pursuit of life, freedom, and happiness.
"Why are we concerned about marriage?" This is a matter of Jim Daley, the family chairman, raised in the preface of his book "Right to Marriage". Eventually, he acknowledged that marriage has undergone a major change in our culture. He pointed out some of the factors driving these changes: easy access to abortion and birth control, illegal divorce, living together with sex other than marriage, sharp increase in pornography by the US Supreme Court and marriage redefinition
For love and its descendants, Americans now tend to argue marriage as guarantee of all rights. It is not a privilege that some people can get. Our argument about marriage as "right" has changed the concept of Bible marriage to a legitimate concept. That is why equality of marriage seems inevitable by 2015. If the government can not limit the right of marriage based on race, why should we be able to limit marriage rights based on gender? Over the past seven years, we have witnessed a similar (even more subtle) shift in discussion about healthcare. Republicans have believed for a long time that access to high quality medical care is for affordable people and people who can not buy private charities (usually religious organizations) are in high quality medical care Accessible. This is consistent with the vision of political parties who have worked hard to shift the core of the social safety net to a group based on belief over decades.
Regardless of sexual orientation, legal marriage is the right of all Americans. Homosexual marriage is, of course, a hot issue. It stimulates passion, anger, hatred, emotional conversation full of fear. But based on all of these, the two people who are in a loyal relationship are living a normal productive life and are positively contributing to society. This issue is being debated in each state of the union, and it will eventually be submitted to the Supreme Court. - For the past 45 years, homosexual groups have fought with the mainstream of the United States to gain the same rights as all other Americans. In the past decade, they have fought for the right to participate in marriage. Each country can determine the law applicable to this situation. Homosexuals and other liberal faiths believe that they have the right to live in harmony, but American conservatives firmly oppose this position.
