Regardless, Mark has hundreds of years of experience in the court of first instance and has appeared in almost all states and territories courts and federal courts. He also had considerable experience in interpreting and negotiating the intergovernmental agreement.

Mark has a wealth of experience at the Canadian Supreme Court. He is a lawyer in many cases in the Supreme Court of Canada and advises clients in many other cases. He is familiar with preparing permits and vacation applications, and preparing written statements and petitions.
