In today's busy world, we are soon pulled in several directions. We are responsible at home and at work, sometimes it is overdone. Our body will begin to inform us that we feel the pressure of daily life. Stress is caused by your body instinct to protect yourself. This instinct is wonderful in an emergency, like when you need to get rid of a speeding car. But unless properly controlled, stress can cause unhealthy physical symptoms.

Your body is working overtime as it handles daily tasks. We can not handle all the extra energy. You may start to feel insecure, scary, worried and tense. If your stress is not controlled, it can cause serious health problems such as high blood pressure, heart disease and diabetes.

Stress can cause health problems or exacerbate existing problems. If you feel symptoms are due to stress, please consult your family doctor. It is important to make sure that they are not caused by other health problems.
