Introduction Every single day in a small place does not get along with each other. Competition occurs in every environment, especially in the workplace where most people spend most of their time. It is difficult to define conflicts because each situation is different, and in an emotional situation there is the possibility of being tangible or intangible. Resolving conflicts is not easy to handle and is a task that can get very bad if not properly dealt with when determining competition. The conflict in the workplace can be caused by various factors, and there is a possibility of putting more pressure on all concerned parties.

There is no doubt that conflict will occur in the community. why? I understand that competition is part of human experience. Young people often manage their own emotions and eventually work by managing conflicts with colleagues and adults. There is no doubt that the conflict drama improved when dealing with young students. As conflict is inevitable, as an educator, we must point out how we solve conflicts in the classroom is important for the success of school and other regional students .

Conflict has three basic ideas. These are traditional views, interactive subjective views, and controlled conflicts. The traditional view is that the conflict is bad and must be eliminated through the use of authority. One of the reasons is that lack of communication, lack of openness, and failure to meet the needs of employees. In an interactive way, competition is considered desirable, necessary and encouraged for high performance teams. In contemporary opinion, conflict is inevitable and can be positive or negative, but must be managed to make it useful.

The concept of interpersonal relationships in conflict management is mainly from the late 1940 's to the mid - 1970' s. This view considers the conflict to be natural and inevitable in any organizational environment. As conflict is considered inevitable, interpersonal approach suggests acceptance of conflict. In other words, competition can not be ruled out, there is a possibility that it will benefit the organization as well. According to Nurmi and Darling, the term "conflict management" was introduced at this time.
