The MATRIX project is managed and supervised by the MATRIX Foundation. The foundation is registered in Hong Kong, not in China. The Foundation has its own characteristics of holding assets for specific purposes. They are organizations that are organized like companies, often have a committee called a committee, and are legal entities that allow separation of ownership and asset management.
