The theme of this paper is female and gender leadership. The main challenge or focus of the paper is to study the leadership and management style of men and women. We conducted a survey to clarify the gender leadership from the definition of men and women and to continue data collection to prove it. Obviously, leadership is male dominant, women have several strengths and weaknesses, and there are bias and various leadership styles. Understanding and analyzing leadership and the management team is very interesting, which may lead to some ideas and data transformations on paper. One of the important things is to collect and analyze answers and determine male and female leadership skills. In most cases, I think about leadership style and management of amphibious.
As we all know, leadership is a male-led leader, but women are trying to adopt male style by demonstrating leadership. Both men and women have different leadership styles. Therefore, the main reason why men take leadership position is that women are having a leadership position and obstacles in managerial positions. But my research is based on leadership, leadership and management, leadership style theory of men and women. We are investigating questions about research using information obtained from the Internet, websites, articles, journals, and information.
Theoretical background of research (field / theme / question): Research field is male and female leadership and management.
