Men's Advantage in Family Life The book "Towards the Lighthouse" by Virginia Woolf has a heavy burden on the relationship within the story. They play a supplementary or secondary role in life and men often ask their wives, but they hope that they will stick with their hopes. - Medea and Lysistrata Medea and Lysistrata are two Greek literary works depicting the power of women who despise gender inequality. In Medea, Medea is fighting with her disliking husband, Jason. On the other hand, in Aristophanes' Lysistrata, the main character Lysistrata is planning to convince and organize women to protest against male stubbornness.
