Let's move the team in today's dynamic business world. The importance of the team is increasingly obvious. Managers are increasingly looking for ways to improve productivity and maintain organizational competitiveness in global markets. Many of these administrators turned to the team as a means to achieve this improvement. Quality circles were originally thought to play this role, but they are gradually abolished to gradually support the self-management work team. These teams are increasingly being used today to solve production problems and inefficiencies in many organizations, everything has suffered seriously and has been tremendously successful in this process.

As I work with people of various types and people with different backgrounds, the most difficult part of team work is how to optimally manage such teams to achieve that goal . Creating a team structure may be a bit difficult, but there are excellent metrics that can be implemented without stress. Getting the right combination of teams for anything is not easy. You have to consider a lot of indicators. Depending on the team type, experience, skill, attitude, exposure, education, and history you desire, there is little to do when you form a team and form. I must point out that it takes a lot of time to find the right person instead of collecting the wrong eggs with a bad motive. If you do not execute the plan, resources will run out shortly.

A workgroup function is a task of a team to execute a task. The team should be composed of appropriate people who provide ideas for proper work. According to Teresa Amabile, managers need to select groups of people with different knowledge bases and working methods to build the appropriate team. Proper team members will be excited about the team's goals and will be willing to help their subordinates in difficult times. Team members need to be aware of their own knowledge and perspectives that other members bring.
