Making a Case for Having Women to Minister Positions

What I am writing is that you decided not to hire a woman as a pastor. Your decision to ignore the rights of women's evangelization is based on limiting the texts written by the apostle Paul. Women say they should "keep silence" in the church. In these restrictive places, I can add only a few paragraphs to the New Testament Thousands of women are mentally depressed due to the limitation of women in church.
