One of the most famous documents related to medical ethics is Hippocrates oath. A special paragraph pointed out "I will not give a woman a destructive pessary." Pessaries have historically been used for abortion. For some people this is definitive proof that abortion should not be done morally wrong. For others, they believe that references to pessaries are specific, not necessarily related to abortion. Either way, there is a great struggle between people who support life and those who support it.

Because abortion is legal for over 23 years and violates the constitution and the legalization of the Supreme Court, it should be overturned. In 1971, a single woman (Roe) during pregnancy raised a class action lawsuit contesting the constitutionality of the Texas criminal abortion law. This prohibits or attempts abortion unless medical advice is provided to save the mother's life. This case is called Roe v. Wade. Roe v. Wade's Wade is Henry Wade, one of the lawyers to defend Texas.

Case of opposition: Abortion theory has two major problems. One of them is that even if abortion is legalized, abortion never changes suddenly from 0 to 60. Roe v. Before Wade, illegal abortion still occurred, but after choosing many people have chosen not to accept yet. There is also a supply problem: "This is not like Roy vs. Wade's decision, suddenly there are millions of places where you can get abortions," said John Roman of the City Institute. The second problem is age. In the 1990s, the crime rate was not only among people born after 1973. It simultaneously falls to a group of age. There is evidence that the juvenile crime rate affects the crime rate of the elderly, but this does not mean that in 1994 people aged 21 would have sufficient power to repress the 10 year old.

Abortion alone was always a big problem. Regardless of whether women have to decide abortion or abortion groups for abortion, they try to illegalize women across the United States. Deciding to legalize abortion in the United States seems to be a bigger problem. Over the years, people have led conclusions and it was impossible to legalize or outlaw them. Abortion means termination of pregnancy after being accompanied and leads to abortion as one of the most controversial topics affecting our society. The difference between support and abortion invited hundreds of battles, which further led to death. No matter how many people accept it, the removal of the fetus is wrong. This is a matter of personal evaluation. Therefore, each party can guarantee that the shift is wrong. Therefore, the investigation still exists; should premature birth be legal? Many people may oppose it
