Human beings have made progress under capitalism, the economic structure that has dominated over the past 200 years. However, this economic system has such famous and well - known problems, and German philosophers and economists Karl Marx in the 1950s were described shortly after the birth of capitalism. . One of his main criticism is that in the capitalist production mode, there is little income of workers and the owner's income increases exponentially. Workers can only sell their own labor. Owners will benefit from production materials: lands where machinery, buildings, and labor occur. The owner increases the profit by drawing out the value from the surplus of the labor production of the worker and then invests the capital to increase the profitability. Workers rely on wages to survive and rely on labor to sell. These constants mean that the inequality between these groups expands over time.

In the first 20 years of the 20th century, we experienced not only the major changes in work done by the vast majority of Americans but also major changes in the composition of these people. In the past, most people have worked on farms and skilled craftsmen. They are working in a small and relatively quiet environment, not focusing on a job quickly, but with a focus on doing a good job. But in the beginning of the 20th century, more people left the rural areas and entered the city. The factory began to appear in various places. They are large and noisy places, and it is important to work fast. The troubles and outcomes of individual workers delay the increase in production volume. Many workers, including infants, work for a long time to obtain low wages and often work under harsh conditions. To protect ourselves, workers began to form unions and joined the strike, many of which resulted in violent consequences.

The main factor in the flow of care recipients is the lack of youth's interest in nursing, which is a poor work condition known to nurses. Nurses work for a long time, sometimes in dual shifts and expect to handle more patients than morality. Almost all major hospital nurses are overworked. In addition, nurses lack adequate facilities, training, equipment, benefits and considerations. Considering all these aspects, nurses seem to be less attractive.
