Everyone has these ideas. Not only fate and frustration, but overall lack or interest in doing something. No one is lonely with these feelings. However, some of these emotions are called extreme depression. It is an illness that loses interest in activities that I liked before, loses interest in family and friends, and can not feel helpless.
