Mainstreaming is a very controversial topic in education, but it is a breakthrough for all children with special needs. After studying the history of disabled children and special needs children, I have a stronger perspective on this topic. As a trainer, I feel that all children have to feel comfortable, safe and free to grow and discover. For most children with today's special needs, mainstreaming can achieve this goal. However, as usual, there are some exceptions. First of all, we must explain the history of mainstreaming and the rapid growth of our country, until we understand the needs of the citizens of the future.

Introduction In the US healthcare, we have provided mental health care, drug use barrier support, and physical therapy as separate components of healthcare provision. However, more and more research shows that integrating physical and behavioral health care can better meet the needs of individuals, families and communities for drug abuse patients 6, 7, 8, 9. Social work is a key member of the interdisciplinary primary healthcare team and is the foundation for primary healthcare reform to improve the provision of mental health services. However, I do not know much about the field of primary mental care, especially the scope of social work in providing mental health. The purpose of this study was to relate to mental health care in the primary work care environment, so to specify and describe the extent of social work practice. Scope review is done using the method established by Arksey and O'Malley. In order to judge which research is suitable for the object, search the electronic database (MEDLINE, Embase, PsycINFO, CINAHL, Social Services Abstracts and Social Work Abstracts). Reviewers independently review all abstracts and full-text research under the supervision of lead researchers. We include all studies focusing on social work and mental health in the primary work environment.
