This article is a continuation of the integrated case study of Bandon Group Inc. In this part of the case study we examined the feasibility of the Bandon Group's ERP system, evaluated the Bandon Group's alternative ERP and CRM software package, and proposed a solution that meets those needs. Step 8: Determining feasibility of the ERP system From the description of each department's executive manager, it is clear that the Bandung group faces serious challenges in the current IT situation. Reorganizing and redesigning organizations and business processes and combining legacy systems with ERP systems can solve many of the problems that may be discussed. ERP provides a backbone for enterprise-wide information systems. The main advantage of ERP is that it makes it easier to access reliable and integrated information.
