Love Letters to My Husband

My husband quietly entered our daughter's room and brought her out. We sat together and hugged the daughter looking at the sunrise. Sunrise is so beautiful that I remember enough color and intensity of light to calm down a little. The sun is like a huge, romantic, inspiring flame in the sky. It is quiet, like a strong symphony that becomes more emotional and beautiful as it disappears. This moment should be one of the best moments, but what I can think is a horrible day ahead.

I sat down and wrote a love letter for my husband. I think this will be a romantic gesture. The image of Elizabeth Barrett Browning in my mind I want to reproduce my love for my best friend.
