Sometimes individuals who commit murderous fanaticism gather the attention of local communities and the whole country and may have common unresolved problems. John Wayne Gacy is one of the people who attracted the attention of the Midwest of our country where 33 youths were killed in the outskirts of Chicago, Illinois.
