This article is based on the author's critical autobiography: Irene, Adams: a transformation promoter. It provides evidence of the value of paintings, especially as a learning tool for art and design, and I think that paintings are useful educational tools. The premise is that drawing makes you think about you. In this article, we will explain the various functions the graph uses to propose various ideas and share a framework that describes the mapping to support learning objectives. I will explain how action research can be used to change the way school teachers and other environmental educators think about painting and how they use it to support learning. It shows a glimpse of how to generate, interpret, verify and disseminate evidence to clarify practice and promote development. It lets teachers and researchers challenge to create new driving force for painting as medium of learning.
