The white bear (Merops bullockoides) makes nests in an average of 200 small colonies and pierces the cliffs and the soil's embankment. Their diet consists mainly of bees, but they also take other fly insects (like the okonemonhachi) depending on the season and the availability of related baits. They kill by flying from shrubs or branches beneath the tree, or slowly sliding down from their perch and catching insects briefly.
