I focused on this review of the two topics of my project, ie participant training and participant learning moved to their personal (work / study) environment. In this literature review, we will analyze each topic briefly and discuss the important issues that we will continue to discuss in order to discuss the research I have studied on the important issues I identified. Two major discussions on reactive learning dominated the field of response rating scales, initially to evaluate how well the trainee responded to the learning response.

Literature review indicates that training experts are required to provide training assessment. Evaluation of training at the level of organizational impact includes at least training and development, evaluation, statistics, finance / accounting and project management, and knowledge of the cultural and business environment of the organization. In the literature, there are few case studies that explain the application of impact study training. Training evaluation so far focused on the 4 level Kirkpatrick model. Most evaluation models use a 4-level model as a framework, but it is necessary to specifically consider how the organization's training evaluation model varies from industry to industry.

The review includes specially designed articles to evaluate the use of measurements and tools to assess the impact of IL skills or IL training on student learning. Reviews are not limited to literature from biomedical journals, but also include literature on art, humanities and social sciences. The resulting samples include articles published after 2007 using performance metrics (tests, products, portfolios), attitudes (surveys), and actions (related to using library resources). These measures are criticized based on the extent to which meaningful relationships have been found about the learner's skills, knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors. We outline the advantages, disadvantages, advantages and disadvantages of them. This paper also emphasizes the best example of an effective conclusion on the practical impact of library learning on student learning and educational outcomes.
