Medium-term rest time allows us to think about the future, but the future seems ambiguous. Have you thought about how you feel about losing your loved one? Many people deal with this loss in various ways. Some people accept the fact that they deal with pain by crying, remember the moment, and some people separate themselves from the world, others lose their loved ones. Author Seamus Heaner wrote a poem titled "Medium Rest". This is a short poem that starts with the narrator waiting for a neighbor to pick him up sadly in the bay.
