Developing Bilingual is a course to educate English learners using English and their first language for academic education. The main goal is to fluently speak, read, write, bilingual and bicultural in English and the first language of the child. All English learners can take this course in the same primary language. Students usually study in English in the first language with K - 5 or 6 courses; they can continue to upgrade to 12th graders. It is used to teach content and literacy skills during the majority of the day and to reduce the amount above the grade.
