However, most of them are not able to provide practical skills related to the industry, at least in India. They are rigid, expensive, incompetent teachers and teaching materials, and the exposure to the real world is limited. Online learning resources provide quality course content, best professors, and lectures to almost everyone. For most of these courses, there are forums where students can ask questions and interact online. Anyone who has a strong will today can learn anything. In other words, less than 10% of the students will complete the course. There are various reasons such as "skin in game", motivation, on-site help, mentor, and so on. There is no true social exchange with fellow people
The above course content and pedagogy have an implicit relationship with the specific purpose of student learning. Teachers can incorporate these contents and practices into the curriculum to enhance students' understanding of participation and diversity.
