Lincoln: Emancipation as a Means to End War

What are the factors that can raise politicians and become one of the most influential people in history? Abraham Lincoln has become one of the most prominent presidents in American history. From the launch of 1861 until the assassination of 1865, Lincoln faces one of the most troubling times in American history, has to face the slavery that destroyed the United Alliance and was destroyed by citizen's guidance did not. Lincoln claimed that the solution to this problem was Article 13 of the Constitutional Amendment ratified in 1865, which was a complete abolition of slavery throughout the United States.

President Abraham Lincoln had many things to consider when considering announcing the preliminary release declaration in September 1862. Lincoln took office as his president and vowed not to interfere with existing slavery, but the war of 17 months changed this. Lincoln personally believed that the release of slaves was a "fair act", but he had to take into consideration whether the act was constitutional. He also noticed that he was unable to release all the slaves, including those who kept faithful to the coalition's important border state.
