Good self-esteem can be regarded as an important part of mental health, and research shows that it can predict the outcome of various other important life. It is important to understand the relevance of self-esteem, especially those related to the development of self-esteem in life. Conflicts and problems in interpersonal relationships can be regarded as the core type of self-esteem social psychological structure, but they have rarely attracted much research attention in research on development of self-esteemed life course. Using a baseline is actually a sample of a complete age cohort of Finnish cities. This research addresses this issue by investigating the relevance of self-esteem and interpersonal conflict between the ages of 16 and 42.
