With the intensification of urbanization, water pollution has increased and has serious effects on human health. The prevalence of hepatitis spreads widely, affecting one-third of people. In addition, diarrhea is the main cause of death of children, accounting for about 9% of minor child deaths. This means that 1,500 children die every day due to contaminated water, poor hygiene, hygiene conditions. These diseases can cause other infectious diseases and nausea, vomiting, dehydration and they cause 4 million diseases worldwide each year.

Water is the most important and essential necessity in human life. Without water, life can not exist. Water is the fundamental human rights of citizens of all countries and the province is responsible for providing them clean and safe drinking water. Currently, safe and healthy water supply is a problem. In many parts of Sindh state, a large amount of pollutants in drinking water due to arsenic contamination is a serious threat to public health. This is an important discussion between policy makers, local governments, international organizations dealing with water shortage and providing safe drinking water. According to a survey conducted by UNICEF in cooperation with government and private organizations, arsenic occurrence in groundwater requires immediate action and effective action.
