Lewis and Clark Expedition

This article explains why Lewis and Clark are the greatest explorers in American history. Some of these explorers and some of the outstanding factors of the three main points of this article are their exploration in the unknown west through the Missouri, many discoveries along the way, and the impact on the western expansion of the United Nations. In January 1803, Thomas Jefferson sent to Congress a secret message requesting approval and funding for exploration in the western continent, and a $ 2 500 budget for the expedition.
