An animal abuse agent is responsible for investigating the suspicion of an animal's atrocities in order to judge whether the claim is reasonable. An animal abuse investigator may encounter many difficult situations such as giving up, neglecting animals, or abusing animals everyday. Each case must be thoroughly documented so that the litigation team can use it as evidence. If we can confirm the animal abuse allegation, the investigator can confiscate the animal and arrest the case in cooperation with the local law enforcement agency.

For any type of criminal trial, especially for those who abuse animals, we need to be able to cope with difficult and uneasy situations. The animal abuse investigator can respond to the animal abuse of the inhabitants, the animal's purchase, or the animal's fault call. You may find animal safety and health, but you may experience bad animal conditions often due to abuse. This may be a tough standard for animal lovers, but you can improve your mood and prevent animals from living in poor or inhumane conditions.

Anyone who observes animals can use it to investigate and prosecute cases of atrocities in animals. In New Mexico there is a limited number of animal management staff, sheriff representatives, and others who are in charge of implementing the animal abuse law. They are often criticized as enforcing these laws in the wider geographic region of the state and the time available for assigning to animal cases is sometimes limited. Therefore, citizens who can observe and report abuse and neglect are essential to protect wildlife and domesticated animals in New Mexico. The following is a list of precautions and recommendations for those who may observe the afflicted animals.
