He basically advocated the foundation on which modern education systems and educational strategies are based. Cultural and social interactions form a framework for building cognitive development and new experiences. In his theory, he thinks that individuals are interacting with the environment (Laureate Education, 2010). Vygostsky's theory has a great influence on cognitive development studies, in which case cognitive development is considered a social mediation process (Berk, 2010). This theory applies to people of all ages.

Meta-cognition is a cognitive theory that is defined as learner's understanding of learner's own learning process. Meta-cognition is based on constructivism theory and has gained widespread attention in the 1970's. The term metacognition is derived from the term meta memory of Flavell (1985). Some elements of metacognition include metacognitive knowledge and metacognitive experience. Students learn to control their learning using metacognition strategies. Teachers are very important in this process. Because they can identify new learning disabled learners and can not monitor their own processes. Studies have shown that intervention is important to understanding how students can learn more effectively.

Metacognition is the theory about what we think. There are several definitions, but the essence of that capture was Flavell in 1979. Meta-cognition is described as the ability of a person to think and think about one's thinking, and to monitor and regulate thinking about what that person is doing and the experience of that person (eg problem solving) . Teacher modeling provides students with ideas, skills, and knowledge to master and share with their colleagues when doing a presentation. That is, modeling provides useful images for students.
